Community Guidelines

1. Protect Your Personal Information

Your privacy is important. Do not share personal details such as email addresses, phone numbers, or home addresses with other players. Similarly, never ask others for their private information.

Any attempt to reveal another player’s identity, alternate accounts, or personal details is strictly prohibited.

2. Respect Others—No Harassment or Abuse

Friendly competition is encouraged, but harassment, bullying, or intimidation is not tolerated. Treat all players with respect, whether you win or lose.

Prohibited behaviour includes:

• Threatening, insulting, or humiliating other players
• Targeting individuals with repeated negative behaviour
• Encouraging others to engage in harassment

Let’s keep the community a positive space where everyone can enjoy the game.

3. No Hate Speech or Discrimination

Just1LuckyDraw is an inclusive platform. Discrimination or hate speech based on race, nationality, gender, religion, disability, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.

This includes:

• Racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise discriminatory remarks
• Promoting or endorsing hateful ideologies
• Using offensive language in usernames, profiles, or chat

Any violation of this rule will result in immediate action.

4. Fair Play—No Cheating or Exploits

Winning is only rewarding when it is earned. Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using third-party software to gain an unfair advantage undermines the integrity of the game.

This includes:

• Using external software to manipulate gameplay
• Exploiting bugs or glitches instead of reporting them
• Colluding with other players to rig outcomes

If you encounter a bug, report it to our team instead of exploiting it.

5. No Impersonation

Do not pretend to be another player, influencer, developer, or anyone else. Misleading others by impersonating someone else is dishonest and unacceptable.

Similarly, do not claim another player’s achievements as your own. Earn your wins fairly.

6. No Dangerous or Illegal Activity

Any illegal or harmful activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sharing violent, extremist, or threatening content
• Encouraging self-harm or harm to others
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, scams, or promoting illegal gambling

If you come across content that poses a risk, report it immediately. The safety of our community is our top priority.

7. No Scamming or Fraud

Honesty is essential to maintaining a trustworthy community. Attempts to deceive, manipulate, or scam other players will result in severe consequences.

Be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true, and report any suspicious behaviour to our support team.

8. Consequences for Violations

Breaking these guidelines may result in actions against your account. Depending on the severity of the offence, penalties include:

• Warning: A reminder to comply with the rules
• Temporary Restrictions: Limited chat or gameplay access
• Permanent Ban: Full suspension of your account, including loss of progress

Repeat offences will lead to stricter penalties. Every case is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.

9. Reporting & Blocking Players

A safe community is a shared responsibility. If you witness misconduct, report it through in-game tools or by contacting support@just1luckydraw.com.

• Reporting: For rule violations, provide clear details to help us take appropriate action.
• Blocking: If another player is bothering you but has not violated the guidelines, you can block them instead.

Not everyone has to get along, but everyone deserves a respectful gaming experience.

10. Account Security

Your account is your responsibility. To keep it secure:

• Never share your login credentials
• Avoid clicking on suspicious links offering rewards
• Be cautious of phishing attempts and scams
